GivingCapital, whose Internet applications allow nonprofits to receive and process donations through their web sites, has a new president.

Gretchen Nickel, who before her promotion was the company’s chief financial officer, has more than 14 years of experience in financial, accounting and administrative management with Fortune 500 companies. She has worked with Citibank and Fiserv and as a consultant specializing in mergers and acquisitions and chief financial officer services.
