Eye on customers – Five-year gift from NCR

The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University will launch a center for customer relations management, thanks to a $5 million, five-year gift from NCR Corporation.

The new NCR Center for CRM Research and Learning will promote research and develop courses focusing on customer relations.

NCR will contribute more than $1 million a year for five years to the center funding, tools and assistance.
