 |

Shirley Robinson, former director of external affairs for the N.C. Museum of Natural Sciences, has been named the first development director for the North Carolina Rural Economic Development Center.

Robinson, former development director for WUNC-FM, initially will develop a strategic fundraising plan for the Rural Center, which hopes to diversify its funding sources.
