Food chief – Fighting hunger

America’s Second Harvest, the largest domestic hunger-relief group in the U.S., has named Robert H. Forney, former president and CEO of the Chicago Stock Exchange, as its new president and CEO.

Forney succeeds Deborah Leff, who resigned to head the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library in Boston.

Forney previously held high-level jobs at firms mainly focused on technology and systems integration, including senior vice president at Bricker & Associates, vice president at Panasophic Systems and senior vice president at Technology Solutions Co.

American’s Second Harvest is a national network of more than 200 regional food banks and food rescue systems.
