The Sawtooth Center for Visual Arts will host its 7th annual Arts and Crafts Sale from November 30 through December 8, 2001. Proceeds from this annual event benefit programs and scholarships at the Sawtooth Center for Visual Art. They will also be hosting an adult workshop titled ‘Russian Painted Boxes’, on Saturday, December 1, 2001, from 9am-5pm, and three youth workshops (Sugar Plum Fairies, Saturday, December 1, 2001, 9:30am-12:pm; Pop-Up Holiday Cards, Saturday, December 1, 2001, 1pm-3pm; and Candyland Houses, 2 Saturdays, December 8 & 15, 2001, 9am-12pm. The 12th annual National Philanthropy Day Awards Ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, November 15th at 12:00 noon at the Durham Marriott in Durham, North Carolina.
