  • The Neighborhood Institute for Community Leadership (NICL) is a program of the nonprofit organization Neighbors for Better Neighborhoods, that provides training in skills that can help you make your neighborhood a better place to live. NICL offers a series of seminars and classes where leaders can build relationships, exchange information and ideas, and increase your ability to improve the quality of life in your community. The NICL 2002 Training Series is being held on October 24-26, 2002 at the Winston Plaza Adam’s Mark Hotel in Winston-Salem, NC. For more information or to register contact Tamieka A.   • At their annual meeting, the results of the election for NAMI NC board of directors were announced: Ken Farrington, Jeraldine Partee and Lenwood Simms were re-elected; Antoinette Brey and Frank Cleary were newly elected to the board.
