Eye on evaluation, burnout

Outcome-based evaluation and avoiding burnout will be the focus of monthly meetings of fundraising professionals in Triad and Charlotte.

Becky Smith Carter of FundCoach will examine outcome-based evaluation at the Jan. 28 meeting of the Triad chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

The day-long workshop, sponsored by AFP and the United Way, will be held at Magnolia Manor at 8818 Market St. in Colfax.

At the monthly meeting Feb. 19 of AFP’s Charlotte chapter, Shirley Robinson, director of development for the N.C. Rural Economic Development Center in Raleigh, will address burnout.
