B2P Commerce, a Chicago tech firm that develops software for nonprofits, is unbundling NonprofitBooks Office, its suite of back-office tools, and will market them separately as accounting, fundraising and performance-tracking software.
Each of the three products will cost less than $1,000, while the cost of the suite, which was launched in January, will increase from its initial promotional price of $999, said Jason Saul, the firm’s CEO.
Those products be marketed as NonprofitBooks Accounting, NonprofitBooks Donor and NonprofitBooks Impact,
The accounting system, launched in April 2002, now has more than 2,000 customers, while the entire suite has more than 1,000, he said.
