Convio reports its best quarterly sales growth

 |

Convio, a privately-held Austin, Tex., provider of software and services to nonprofits, says sales grew 120 percent in the third quarter of 2005, compared to the same period last year.

That growth made the quarter its best ever, says the firm, which has more than 450 clients and was founded in April 1999.

Convio says it expects sales for the year would exceed $22 million.

Helping to fuel its financial performance, the company says, were new partnerships, including one with Target Software to provide mutual customers with greater integration of their Convio-powered online database and Target’s fundraising and donor-management solution.
