Triangle funder seeks proposals

DURHAM, N.C. – Community-based nonprofits working in the areas of civic engagement and youth leadership and development are invited to apply for the fall round of grants from the Triangle Community Foundation.

The funder’s Community Grants Program will be awarding one-year grants of about $10,000 to $15,000 to groups with budgets of $750,000 or less that are based in Chatham, Orange, Durham and Wake counties.

Applications are available online and are due Aug. 24 by 5 p.m.

The foundation plans to make decisions by Nov. 30, and funds will be disbursed in December.
