 |

RALEIGH, N.C. — Philanthropic Advisory Group in Raleigh has changed its name to Armstrong McGuire LLC, named two senior advisors and launched a new website at www.amapag.com.

Joining co-founders Bert Armstrong and Tom McGuire are Janet Gessner Alford, a Charlotte-based former management consultant with McKinsey & Co. with a special interest in the institutional needs of faith-based organizations, and Judy C. Bright, retired executive vice president of YMCA of the Triangle Area who in 1993 created an annual support program for the Y that now raises $3 million a year.

The firm also has signed Benjamin Construction to renovate the 10,000-square-foot building on Wade Avenue it purchased this year from Interact and plans to partly occupy next year while leasing up to 8,000 square feet to nonprofits and other tenants.
