Charlotte ad agency offers pro-bono work

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A Charlotte advertising and marketing agency is organizing a “speed dating” event to identify a local nonprofit to receive pro-bono services valued at $25,000.

Woodbine, which has headquarters in Winston-Salem and an office in Charlotte, is launching “Dating for a Cause” to find a recipient of 200 hours of marketing services.

Interested nonprofits in the Charlotte area are invited to fill out a 10-question compatibility survey on the company’s website.

Finalists will then be notified and asked to participate in an event Nov. 14 where nonprofits will meet Woodbine employees, who will vote to determine the winner.

Work for the new pro-bono client will begin in 2008.
