Arts group seeks input for CEO search

 |

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — As the head of the Arts & Science Council in Charlotte prepares to retire this summer, the organization is seeking input from the community in the search for his successor.

Lee Keesler, who has served as president and CEO of the organization for four years, will step down June 30.

The council is inviting community members to complete an online survey before Feb. 25 to help the organization understand the skills and experiences the new president should possess.

The council has hired The McAulay Firm to assist with the search process, and has created a search committee made up of the organization’s stakeholders, including board members, artists and other cultural partners, and member of the community.
