In 12 year with council, including six as director of development and six as CEO, Duncan doubled United Arts Fund to high of $1.62 million in 2008; raised private funds to eliminate cumulative $300,000 deficit; and established endowment, raising over $200,000 with matching grant from Cemala Foundation.
