Oct. 19: Wachovia Wells Fargo, NPR, McCormick, and more

Boston Community Capital, Boston, to receive a $5 million low-cost loan and $500,000 unrestricted grant, and Enterprise Cascadia, Ilwaco, Wash., to receive $2.5 million low-cost loan and $250,000 unrestricted grant as recipients of 2010 Wachovia Wells Fargo NEXT Awards for Opportunity Finance.


NPR launching Impact of Government, funded with $1.8 million grant from Open Society Foundations, to add editorial resources and reporters to NPR member stations in all 50 states to better inform public about impact of state governments on citizens and communities.
