June 2: WakeMed, Consumer Credit, Easter Seals UCP, and more

Capitol Broadcasting Company, through its CBC/WRAL Community Fund, contributed $100,000 to initiative to expand and enhance children’s health-care services at WakeMed Health & Hospitals, Raleigh.


Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Forsyth County received $55,000 grant for its foreclosure prevention program from Kate B. Reynolds Charitable Trust.


Easter Seals UCP North Carolina & Virginia raised over $7,500 at 2nd Annual Small Miracles Luncheon, Greensboro, for critical programs and services that support individuals with disabilities and special needs.
