The Center for Craft Creativity and Design named its recipients of the 2017 Windgate Fellowship for art. Grant recipients are ten college graduates who will each receive $15,000 to further their artistic careers.
Duke University received a $1.5 million grant from Lilly Endowment Inc. to expand research on America’s religious congregations to assess how they are changing over time.
MiracleFeet will receive a $5 million grant over five years from the Oak Foundation to help end the disability caused by untreated clubfoot in low-income countries. The foundation’s grant will support an ambitious 15-year plan in cooperation with the Global Clubfoot Initiative to end disability caused by clubfoot worldwide.

Leilani Mae Horse Rescue celebrated The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals national Help A Horse Day on April 22nd and competed for a chance to win up to $25,000 in grant prizes to assist with their efforts to protect horses.
Dorcas Ministries named Ms. Hilary Pritzlaff-Nathan Dorcas Thrift Shop Manager. Hilary started in her new role on April 18th.
