The Zakat Foundation gifted and distributed more than 12,000 medical equipment items, including transport beds and specialized surgical and dental instruments, in and around Bamako, Mali.

Tivon Madison was selected by the African Women in Leadership Organization to receive its 2019 Humanitarian of the Year Award. The award will presented at the Vigor Awards celebration later this year in Toronto, Canada.
